Call 2 ended in June 15th and it was a much more competitive call with proposals scoring above 90%. We received 34 applications and only 1 application was deemed ineligible.
Out of the 33 applications sent to international expert review, 17 applications made it through the threshold of 70%, and at the end of the interview stage, 8 proposals were selected for funding.
The selected proposals are in the topics of: Cybersecurity, e-health, machine learning, 5G, Blockchain, semantic web, digital content.
We are very excited to have such high-calibre professionals joining the ELITE-S team and looking forward to the start of their fellowship and training programme.
