ELITE-S fellows and management team visit the NSAI offices to discuss stronger engagement in Standards.

On 28th July, we were welcomed at the National Standards Authority in Ireland (NSAI) HQ in Dublin, Ireland to co-create standardization knowledge and generate impactful actions in standards in Ireland and Europe.

ELITE-S fellows had the opportunity to get to know NSAI’s work in standardization and discuss possible avenues for collaboration within their own research projects which focuses on technology and standards development in 5 EU priority areas: 5G, Internet of Things, Cloud computing, Cybersecurity and Data technologies.

“The collaboration with NSAI is extremely important to increase the impact the fellows’ projects are generating through their participation in technical working groups and national standards mirror committees and we want this collaboration to even more fruitful by exploring more possibilities with NSAI”, said Ray Walshe, ELITE-S Project Coordinator.
