ELITE-S and the Centre for Integrated Care (CeIC-DCU) partner to deliver symposium on digitalisation in healthcare, interoperability and standards.

The CeIC in Dublin City University transforms people lives and society through education, translational research and innovation. It focuses on digitalisation of health care and optimising value through design science. It collaborates with academic, Nursing, Psychotherapy & Community Health, industry leaders to deliver innovative approaches for eintegrated care provision.

Dr Pamela Hussey, the Director of CeIC and also supervisor of our fellow Dr Subhashis Das has made this collaboration even stronger and more fruitful, allowing Dr Das to engage in truly interdisciplinary research increasing the impact of his work on interoperability and standards. Because of this successful partnership, CeIC and ELITE-S are delivering “Let’s drop the jargon: A Symposium on digitalisation in healthcare, interoperability and standards”.

An impressive line-up of speakers including ELITE-S Coordinators Assist. Professors Rob Brennan and Ray Walshe, ELITE-S fellow Dr Subhashis Das and his supervisor Dr Pamela Hussey will discuss education, practice and operational processes during this event.
